Ma & Pa’s Horse Drawn Hay Rides/Fall Harvest

When: September 21, 2013 – October 31, 2013, 11:00AM to 5:00PM

What: Sep 21 – Oct 31 (11am – 5pm) Ma & Pa’s Horse Drawn Hay Rides/Fall Harvest Come join us for our annual fall harvest celebration. The bears aren’t hibernating yet. Take one of our horse drawn hay rides. Pick out your favorite pumpkin from our wide variety including white, orange, pink and blue ones! Sample our fabulous apple cider (No Preservatives!) apples and our award winning maple syrup. Food also available, donuts, hotdogs, caramel apples. Horse drawn hay rides are weather permitting. Evening Rides on Saturday are NON-Haunted.

Cleveland Italian Film Festival 2013

SWEENEY TODD: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

Rock ‘n’ Roll Cleveland Half Marathon

When: October 05, 2013

Where: Downtown Cleveland 44116

What: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Cleveland Half Marathon will feature live local bands that will perform on stages along every mile of the scenic course that will begin at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

2013 Geauga Fresh Farmers’ Market

When: Saturdays through October 26, 2013, 9:00 a.m. – Noon

Where: Rt. 306 & Bell St., South Russell, OH 44022

What: The Geauga Fresh Farmers’ Market is an outdoor seasonal market bringing the freshest vendor grown fruit and vegetables to the community. Throughout the season one can also find beef, pork, lamb and eggs. Fresh baked goods, local honey and maple syrup, hand-crafted soap and quality crafts are also available. Those interested in a local sustainable food system will find the freshest food available from Geauga County and the surrounding area. Those looking for fun, community connections, entertainment and smiling faces will have a great time as well. The market is located at the South Russell Village Town Hall, a quaint vibrant community on the western side of Geauga County. Come and celebrate the bounty that Northeastern Ohio has to offer. Monthly events include cooking demos, children’s activities and tomato, salsa and pie competitions.

Canton Symphony Orchestra MasterWorks Concert – Scottish Fantasy featuring William Preucil, violin

What: Celebrate our opening night with a bit of Scottish flair! As is the tradition of the Canton Symphony Orchestra, we will open with a work by an American composer. Sharing the stage will be the Concertmaster of The Cleveland Orchestra, William Preucil. Ovarian Cycle Cleveland Ready. Set. Ride!™

What: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm, October 12, 2013 This 2-hour indoor cycling event is dedicated to raising funds to support the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, the largest charity in the United States funding ovarian cancer research.
